I have ordered a circular ring with a sizing kit.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email for your ring from "support@circular.xyz" called "Order confirmed" [Order.ID].  

You will also receive a separate email (as below) called "Confirm your Circular ring size for order" [Order.ID] (please check spam) from contact@circular.xyz; click on the "Validate my size" button.

If you don't find this email, please contact us.

When you click on the email “Validate my size” button, a webpage will open and will look like the below:

Choose the size you want; if you have multiple rings, please choose all sizes at the same time. and click “Confirm Your Ring Size"

You still can edit your size until your ring order has not been processed by fulfillment warehouses.

If your page looks like this it means that your order has already been shipped or at least been processed by the shipping warehouse. If you made a mistake or want to change your size you can still try to contact us and we will do the maximum to help. The chances are slim that we can do anything at this point.

When you validate your size change, nothing will charge you automatically. You don't owe us anything extra, and we don't owe you anything either. Your ring will still be shipped without any additional payment.

You will finally get an email that confirms the change to your order. Then, your ring will be processed and shipped.

I have ordered a sizing kit only.

Once you've received your sizing kit, you can refer to the wearing instructions to find the perfect fit. When you know your finger size, you can directly purchase a Circular ring here with the correct size.
