You still can edit your size until your ring order has not been processed by fulfillment warehouses.
If your page looks like this it means that your order has already been shipped or at least been processed by the shipping warehouse. If you made a mistake or want to change your size you can still try to contact us and we will do the maximum to help. The chances are slim that we can do anything at this point.
If you have already received your ring, we can exchange it for free within 14 days if the ring is unworn and as new. A check will be done. You'll have to pay for the return label shipping cost and the new ring shipping cost.
Please contact the support at https://www.circular.xyz/contact-us with your order ID and the new size. You must attach a video showing the perfect condition of the packaging, ring and all accessories in all angles.
Your order should be in its original package, should be completely free from defects, with the entirety of the items that you ordered and be in the same condition that it was received in.
