Circular Ring 2
If your Circular Alarm Clock or Timer does not trigger as expected, please check the following:
🔹 On Android
- Ensure you have granted notification authorization for the Circular app. To check this, you can press and hold the Circular app logo and click on the information point > Authorization.
🔹 On iOS
- Make sure you have added the Circular app as an exception in your phone's settings for:
-Focus Mode / Do Not Disturb
-Sleep Mode (if enabled)
- Ensure you have granted notification authorization to the Circular app.
Users running iOS versions earlier than iOS 26 will face a system restriction. In this case, you will see a notification reminding you to keep the app running in the foreground or background to ensure alarms and timers work correctly.
Debugging Tip- To confirm the alarm system is working correctly, set an alarm for the next 2 minutes and check if it triggers.
