If the app crashes directly at opening
If the Circular app crashes immediately after opening, here are the steps you should take to resolve the issue quickly.
Since the app crashes instantly, there is no time to extract logs — reinstalling is the only practical solution.
Clear the App Cache
iOS: Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage, select the app, and then choose Delete App (full reinstall).
Android: Go to Settings → Apps → "Circular" → Storage, then tap → Clear Cache

- Restart your phone (recommended)
