The ring has 2 different battery modes. Performance mode and Power mode.
- Power mode offers the best battery longevity; heart metrics will have a lower frequency acquisition. Battery life will be up to 6/7 days.
- Performance mode offers the best monitoring performance; heart metrics will have a high-frequency acquisition. Battery life will be reduced to 3/4 days depending on ring size.
The settings are editable in the “My Ring” menu and your quick access.
