You can easily configure Vital Alerts in the Circular app to monitor your heart rate and SpO₂ levels in real time.
🛠️ How to Set Up Vital Alerts
- Open the Circular app
- Go to Circle > Vital Alerts
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings button in the bottom-right corner of your screen
- From there, you can:
- Toggle Vital Alerts ON or OFF
- Customize trigger thresholds for each type of alert
Available Alerts You Can Configure:
- High Heart Rate Alert
- Low Heart Rate Alert
- Low SpO₂ Alert
Example: Set a High Heart Rate Alert
If you'd like to be notified when your heart rate exceeds 150 BPM:
- Go to Circle > Vital Alerts
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings button in the bottom-right corner of your screen
- Go to High HR Alert
- Turn the alert ON
- Set the trigger to 150 BPM
👁️🗨️ Filter Your Vital View
Once alerts are active and data is collected, you can:
- Return to the Circle
- Tap the filter icon
- Select Heart Rate or SpO₂ to narrow down the view
- This makes it easier to focus on the feedback and events related to the specific vital you’re monitoring
📳 Vibration vs. Notification
- If you own a Circular Pro 1 or Slim 1, the alert will trigger a vibration on your ring
- For all other models, you’ll receive a notification on your phone (no ring vibration)
