Your Circular Ring may be tracking naps you haven't made. This can happen when you don't make any movements for almost 10/15 min.
The reason is that we've chosen to be very sensitive to naps detection to have a better chance of detecting them.
- If you don't usually take a nap, you can disable nap tracking by clicking on the top left burger menu > View Profile > Profile Information > Advanced information > Open for napping > No.
- If you want to leave this setting enabled and you have a lot of unwanted naps, we're working on a feature to allow you to edit your sleep logs.
