The ring has a built-in memory of 7 days, which means that if your phone or your app is not available, it can collect and store your biometrics for up to 7 days. Past this time without synchronization with your smartphone, the data storage will happen as a First In First Out pattern, which means that the new days of data will overwrite the oldest ones.
To be safe, you have to connect to the ring and launch a synchronization every 5-6 days to avoid losing data.
However, with 7 days of data, synchronization will be long. it's recommended to synchronize every day.
